These Terms & Conditions apply to the Leadership Excellence Program website, registration process, payment page, payment flow, and participation process operated by MAAHAD TAHALEF AL-KHALIJ LTD. (Alliance).

Leadership Excellence Program is a leadership development experience designed for emerging leaders and ambitious professionals. The program focuses on practical leadership capabilities, self-awareness, communication, collaboration, decision-making, leadership presence, and personal leadership growth.
Program details, schedule, delivery format, location, facilitators, content, and participation requirements may be confirmed or updated by the program team before the start date.
3. Program Fee & Transaction Currency
The program fee is SAR 4,500 excluding VAT.
VAT is calculated at 15%: SAR 675.
Total including VAT: SAR 5,175.
All transactions on leadershipexcellenceprogram.com are processed and denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
The final amount charged may vary only if required by the currency conversion rates of the participant’s issuing bank, the selected installment provider, or applicable payment processing terms.
4. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include, subject to activation and approval by the relevant payment provider:

- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- STC Pay
- Tabby
- Tamara
The availability of each payment method may depend on payment provider approval, participant eligibility, transaction verification, and the selected payment method’s own terms and conditions.
Installment payments, including Tabby or Tamara if available, may be subject to additional approval, payment schedules, provider terms, and provider-specific conditions.
5. Registration, Installments, and Seat Confirmation
Submitting an interest form, receiving a payment link, or accessing the payment page does not automatically confirm a seat in the program.
For full payment users, a participant’s seat is confirmed only after:
- Required registration information has been submitted
- Full payment has been completed and approved
- Payment has been verified by the program team or payment provider
- The participant receives confirmation from the program team
For installment users, the participant’s seat may be reserved after the first installment is successfully approved and verified, subject to the installment provider’s approval, the program team’s confirmation, and continued compliance with the installment payment schedule.
If an installment payment is rejected, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or not completed according to the installment provider’s schedule, the participant’s seat may be cancelled or suspended, and participation may be subject to review by the program team.
The program team may contact participants if additional information is required before confirming or maintaining the seat.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reviewing the program details before completing payment
- Completing payment within the required timeline
- Ensuring they are available to attend the program as scheduled
- Respecting the learning environment, facilitators, organizers, partners, and other participants
- Following any attendance, participation, or conduct requirements communicated by the program team
7. Program Changes
MAAHAD TAHALEF AL-KHALIJ LTD. (Alliance) reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program schedule, venue, format, facilitators, content, materials, or delivery structure when necessary.
If a major change affects confirmed participants, the program team will communicate the update through the contact information provided by the participant.
8. Certificate and CMI Membership Eligibility
Participants who complete the required program components may receive a recognized certificate.
Certificate issuance may depend on attendance, participation, completion of required activities, and any applicable program requirements communicated by the program team.
If CMI membership access or benefits are referenced on the website, landing page, payment page, brochure, or program materials, they are subject to successful program completion, applicable CMI requirements, and any eligibility rules, processes, or conditions set by CMI. CMI membership or related benefits are not guaranteed unless all applicable requirements are fulfilled and approved.
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials, content, designs, frameworks, exercises, tools, resources, visuals, and learning assets provided before, during, or after the program are owned by or licensed to MAAHAD TAHALEF AL-KHALIJ LTD. (Alliance) and/or its partners.
Participants may use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, modify, upload, record, or commercially use the materials without prior written approval.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website or payment page, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, misuse payment systems, or use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
11. Communication
By submitting information through the website or completing payment, participants agree to be contacted by the program team regarding registration, payment, participation, program updates, support, and next steps.
Program communication will be handled primarily through email.
12. Refunds, Cancellations, and Partial Attendance
Refunds, cancellations, no-shows, transfers, rescheduling requests, and partial attendance cases are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published for the Leadership Excellence Program.
Participants are encouraged to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing payment.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Leadership Excellence Program is designed for learning and development purposes. While the program aims to support participants’ leadership growth, MAAHAD TAHALEF AL-KHALIJ LTD. (Alliance) does not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, promotions, salary increases, business results, or financial outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAAHAD TAHALEF AL-KHALIJ LTD. (Alliance) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in the program, use of the website, payment provider delays, participant inability to attend, or reliance on program content.
14. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. These providers may have their own terms, policies, fees, eligibility checks, refund timelines, payment dispute procedures, and installment conditions.
By selecting a third-party payment method, the participant may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website, payment process, or participation in the Leadership Excellence Program shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
